I first discovered Jenny of Sew Pretty Dresses through her
flickr page and then her
blog. It seems we have a common love of all things Sis Boom. Well, it turns out she is a local Texas girl too! We even shop at the same fabric store where Jenny also sews samples. While I was in San Antonio this past weekend, we arranged to meet at a local park to get to know each other in person, and discuss all things sewing and fabric related. It was such fun to get to know her and her sweet daughter. We dressed our little ones in some Sis Boom frocks for a little photo shoot. Two cute models is better than one, right?!?

Jenny sure has an eye for fabrics and patterns. She is so blessed to be testing patterns for a few designers, and she hopes to have her own pattern designs in the future. Look for great things from this sweet lady. It was so fun to make a new friend with so much in common. I'm sure we'll be trying to get together a few more times before I move out of state.
