More Fresh Fruit

I couldn't resist another fresh fruit dessert recipe last week. This is the apricot cream cheese tart with ginger snap crust from the At Home with Magnolia cookbook by Allysa Torey. If anyone needs the recipe, let me know! It's perfect for the summer since there is no baking involved. When it's over 100 degrees down here, the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven!
