Charlotte

Tuesday, May 28, 2013

I did some fairly quick sewing to help out a new local quilt shop with a sample for their shop. They sell primarily Children’s Corner patterns which just aren’t my favorite. Don’t get me wrong, the designs are great. The diagrams and pattern instructions always leave me wanting a bit more especially if a beginning sewist were to try them out. This is the Children’s Corner Charlotte in a size 3 done up in some of Patty Young’s Lush fabrics.

It is fully lined with a sweet flutter sleeve.

I did get to try out my new narrow hem foot that I received for my birthday on that bottom ruffle. I sure do love useful tools!!
