Little Nephews

I'm addicted to the iron-on transfers for holiday outfits! I made matching outfits for my two handsome nephews with another cutie reindeer. The pants are the same pattern I've used over and over for little boys from Amy Butler's Little Stitches book. The red block fabric is from Jennifer Paganelli, but I'm not sure about the candy canes.

Here's Ford getting a kick out of his outfit.

Ford's outfit

  1. Little Ford is such a cutie! Warmer days are headed our way, so we'll be sending you some pics of your other handsome model:)

  2. What a cute idea! I am your newest follower! You can follow me at Dont forget to enter my giveaway! If you are interested in doing a blogswap, please email me at CierraLarsen at hotmail dot com

  3. Very cute. Have you had any problems with washing iron on transfers? I made my little guy a few shirts with Schrute bucks on them and after washing them they got all crinkly and gross, so I haven't used it again. Any tips?

  4. Beth,
One of mine got crinkly, but it hasn't cracked or pealed yet. It was a monochromatic print, so I think it showed more. I certainly don't think this product would be good for long term use. My best tip would be to remove the item from the first washing immediately. I really think there are probably better brands of transfers out there, but for shirts that will only be worn a few times in December this works. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

  5. So sweet! Those pants are ADORABLE! Would love for you to visit me at Sew Chatty and link up to Made with Love Monday! The party will be open until Friday if you want to link up multiple projects. Hope you have a great day!
