Hey June Camden Raglan

Friday, March 11, 2016

I just wanted to pop in to let you know that the Hey June Camden Raglan released yesterday!! You already know that I love the pattern since I used it twice during Project Run and Play, here and here. Today, I thought I would show you the pattern as it was intended.

The design is meant to be slim fitting which I love for my long and lean girl. Avery fit in the size 6 range, but I added 1/2" to the length of the shirt pieces and sleeve pieces. The juniors pattern comes in sizes 6 all the way to 16. Pattern options include 3/4 length sleeves, long hemmed sleeves, long sleeves with extra wide wristbands, a banded hem, a kangaroo pocket, a hood, and sporty sleeve stripes!

The neckline goes in perfectly smooth. I appreciate the notches Adrianna provides for just the right placement.

I'm pretty sure Avery is laughing at something her sister is doing here. I love when they find delight in each other, since there are so many instances when they seem to feel the opposite.

Here is a final goofy photo where you can tell her pants are way too big, but it is the only photo showing the nice curved hem detail.

I have the ladies Lane Raglan, so I guess it is about time I sewed one up. I'm hoping Adrianna creates a raglan pattern for the little ones next! The pattern is on sale until Sunday for $6.50!!
