A Little Something for Me
Saturday, July 4, 2009
I finally got busy sewing something for me. I've had the pattern and fabric sitting around for a while now, but always managed to work on projects for other people. I'd probably mess with the sizing a bit on the next one, but over all I am pleased with the results. This is Amy Butler's pattern, The Anna Tunic, using Heather Bailey's fabric. I liked the top with and without the belt, but Todd thought the belt made it more flattering. I would love to try this one out in the dress length too.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9Ek-7SVdlx6vN-htA5r4atF_mi5fvDgEYFmZG4RhUW64VY2jrftxErosWE03q5p4le55fpgtcTilUJ23QaJB2cQxO89mST5EKEYGHpcy43N0rxEHmEkDav3JwX2koGBXN4PcXrf4_EXF4/s320/anna2.JPG)
The fabric cover buttons were a first for me. I never knew they were so easy. I can really see all kinds of crafty options for these.
